Welcome to (some assembly required)!

(some assembly required) specializes in the creative design of 3-D paper sculptures and the manufacture of rubber stamp sets, stencils, dies, and die-cut paper kits for building them. The products are enhanced by this website which displays samples of finished pieces and paper engineering projects.

We manufacture and sell four kinds of products: Rubber Stamp Sets, Stencils, Dies, and Precut Paper Kits. All formats provide you with pattern pieces that enable you to create unique 3D paper sculptures.

The Rubber Stamp Sets are used to print the pattern pieces on the paper of your choice, which are then cut out and assembled into 3D models. The large stamp sets include several decorative stamps that may be used to embellish the pieces before they are put together.

Some patterns are also available as stencils, and others are being added from time to time. The stencils accomplish the same thing as the stamps -- they provide a means for you to transfer designs to paper. Rather than stamping, the stencils are traced and then cut out.

Metal Dies are used with presses, such as the Wizard, Sizzix or Sizzix Sidekick, or Zip'eMate, enabling you to cut your paper directly -- a real time-saver.

With the Precut Paper Kits the cutting has already been done and you only need to punch out the pieces and put them together.

Our 3D models can be made as simply or elaborately as you like. They can be used for greeting cards, table or tree decorations, gifts, and even educational tools.

Browse through the product pages to see lots of examples of completed projects. The Cool Projects Pages offer additional creative ways to use the models.

Come back often, as the pages change from time to time as new models and art projects that are created by us and by our customers are put on display. If you would like to share one of your designs with our growing community of enthusiasts, please send us either the model or a digital picture that we can feature on the site. If you send the model, your artwork will be returned at your request along with a digital photograph of it.
